She enjoyes helping nonprofit organisations to fundraise more strategically, effectively and efficiently, by offering practical advice and real world experience.

Her aim with all her clients is to give them the tools to create strong and sustainable philanthropic cultures, facilitate long-term relationship building with major donors, and manage thriving membership/supporter/alumni relations programmes, which are completely tailored to them and their community.
She works across the charity sectors, but with particular expertise in education. She has also had recent clients in global health, conservation and the arts.
Her work is varied, but the main areas of focus involve:
+ helping organisations to build new development/fundraising operations.
+ supporting teams to reinvigorate existing programmes, or plan strategically and operationally for large campaigns/appeals
+ evaluating & forensically analysing operational data and performance to inform an organisation's next steps.
+ managing and building meaningful donor stewardship programmes for both high-net worth individuals and regular donors.
+ creating effective, multi-functional fundraising programmes, from engagement and regular giving, through to legacies and major gifts.

Delivering urgent interim support at senior management level, to bridge recruitment challenges in fundraising teams and related operations, from maternity to resource issues.
